Ronnie is a Mental Health First Aid 'Principal Master' Instructor with vast experience in delivering this course. He has a very strong passion for training and facilitating workshops. His energetic, engaging and yet entertaining style of delivering training has made him a darling for most participants that have attended his sessions. "This is the best training I have attended in years. I would attend any training delivered by Ronnie again and again." A participant revealed.

Ronnie draws real examples from his personal life, his experience working with Lifeline and Suicide Prevention Services, his work with diverse communities and studies in human behaviour to engage participants.

Ronnie has amassed over ten years of experience delivering blended online and face to face training to corporate organisations like NAB, Australia Unity, Barwon Water, Productivity Commission, Worksafe Australia, Department of Justice, Department of Education, Tullamarine Airport, Victoria Police, Vline, QBE, Virgin Airline, Tribal, Universities and so many public classes.
