Immersive and engaging“Ronnie was an immersive and engaging instructor, offering many examples and asking opinions to each situation. He made the environment safe to speak in and engage with other members of the group. I learned a lot from the seminar series and am grateful for the chance to experience differing opinions throughout.” Jess |
Ronnie was fantastic"His presentation was engaging, clear and he encouraged participation. He made good use of his own life and work experiences to illustrate points and encouraged every participant to have an equal opportunity to contribute. We covered the material in good depth and he asked questions so that we could check our knowledge. The presentation worked very well over zoom and I felt like I was in the same room. I would highly recommend Ronnie as an instructor." Jo |
An amazing listener and facilitator“Ronnie was an amazing instructor, but more importantly an amazing listener and facilitator who comfortably brought everyone into the discussion and encouraged and appreciated everyone for their answers, no matter how relevant or correct these answers were. He taught me a lot about non-judgmental listening, and I will strive to incorporate that in future discussions as it is also an important skill.” Tracey |
Thank you for making it fun and easy to understand“I like how you peppered the training with real life examples and cases that you have encountered.” Paul |
An inclusive environment“Ronnie is a great facilitator and surprisingly engaging for an online course. He created an inclusive environment.” Kev |
Ronnie was fantastic!“Extremely engaging, knowledge and energetic. He created a safe and welcoming space for all of us to engage and share.” Deb |
An engaging grounded instructor“Found Ronnie to be an engaging grounded instructor who understood and clearly conveyed our (MHFAiders) legal position. He set the scene at the beginning of our course, clearly identifying our role and engaging each of MHFA participants”. Andrew |
Ronnie is an engaging and approachable instructor.“He really knows his stuff and it's obvious that he enjoys what he does. I usually don't enjoy training via Zoom, but today I thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you so much Ronnie!” Sharon |
